Disclosure: My son was given a complimentary month of tuition at Elite Kids Crystal Lake. I was not required to express a particular point of view and all opinions are my own.

Its official – my son is officially a preschooler! We were going to hold off until he was four to enroll him, but after visiting Elite Kids in Crystal Lake we were won over.  It was everything we could ever want in a preschool. Read on for reasons why we love it!

Highlights of Elite Kids:

  • Cute bright, classroom to encourage learning and fun!

  • Really hard to tell from the picture but it’s cool there’s a two way mirror looking inside the classroom so I can pop by whenever I want and see what he’s up to.

  • We found it very convenient to hear that Elite Kids has an open enrollment policy. We could enroll anytime we wanted!
  • Flexibilty with days. We were able to choose anywhere from 2 days to 5 days; half days or full. For an additional fee, we could drop him off earlier or pick him up later.
  • An awesome gym which is part of their school’s rotation. (In fact, they offer many gymnastics class as well.) Other classes in the rotation include dance (hip hop), Spanish, and more!
  • Violin lessons with a mini violin (super cute!) which is also part of the rotation.
  • No waiting lists! A few schools we were looking at had waiting lists, but since Elite Kids is a relatively new preschool (opened October 2012), we didn’t have to worry about waiting lists to start.
  • He loves donning his uniform (and looks super cute in it!) along with of course his Thomas backpack.
  • The deciding factor?  His teacher. We wanted to sign up right away once we saw how my son interacted with his-teacher-to-be, Miss Corinne. I also love that Miss Corinne is always accessible by email. Whenever I have any questions, she is always quick to respond.
