With things opening up just a little bit more, I’ve been excited to start planning play dates (or hangouts as my kids call it.) One of the first ones I planned recently was with my two-year old niece at Peppa Pig World of Play. I though it would be perfect since she was a Peppa Pig fan! Although my kids are a bit older 6, 9, and 11, they all still had a great time!

Getting Started

We found plenty of parking at the Woodfield Mall parking lot by entrance 5 (close to the former Sears location.) Peppa Pig World of Play is located on the lower level of the mall (in the old Rainforest Cafe location). It’s recommend to purchase tickets online since there are a limited number of walk-ins available. When you reserve you choose a two-hour time slot. Our visit was at 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Once we entered, we filled out waivers and were given our wristbands.

Get your play on

When the kids enter they will be fully immersed in the colorful world of Peppa Pig. With 14 different areas, they won’t know where to start! Chug along in the train or ride in the car. Go on a bus ride or explore Peppa’s house. Some of the favorite areas include:

Jumping in the muddy puddles! They loved the splashing sounds as they stepped in the mud.

Going through the car wash on a trike. They loved pressing the button and watching the car wash actually move.

My older kids spent the majority of the time playing in Peppa Pig’s treehouse and fort, basically the play structure.

Another great area with slides and tunnels is Rebecca’s Underground Adventure.

Getting hungry?

When hunger strikes, they have the cutest little campervan with snacks. There are tables where you can sit down and eat.

Final thoughts about Peppa Pig World of Play

I thought that this would have been too “young” for my kids but they still had a great time. My niece had a blast! Peppa Pig World of Play is perfect for walkers and preschoolers. I highly recommend if you have a Peppa Pig fan!
