Our Mack Manor Experience:
Finding Mack Manor was pretty easy. We just plugged in the GPS address (1100 Algonquin Road, Fox River Grove) and then found the brightest house on the road. We arrived around 7 p.m. on Wednesday and there was basically no wait.
We drove through the Mack’s driveway circular driveway. Wow – such a feast for the eyes! I’m talking about inflatables, animatronics and other moving parts. Every inch is covered!
Our favorite was seeing the dancing Santas.
If you have a sunroof, I’d suggest opening it up. Who knows who you’ll see hanging over you?
In the end, someone will be handing out candy canes. You can also donate if you wish.
Bottom Line:
What a great lights show from a great family. Thank you Mack family for adding a little bit more magic to the holidays. And like the Mack family says, “After you leave, you will believe!”

- Turn off your lights
- Tune your radio to 106.9.
- Go slow and take it all in. We went on a Wednesday and didn’t have to wait long for our turn.
