GIVEAWAY: Tickets to Yapa Event's Passport Series - Celebrating Italy!

As you know, I am always on the lookout for family-friendly places and events. When I heard about Yapa Eventswhose mission is to create meaningful events or outings for children and their parent/grandparent, I was definitely intrigued. I was particularly interested since they were all about discovering the hidden gems and cultures in my local community of the northwest 'burbs.

Even though Yapa Events is fairly young (started April 2013), they've held a few fun and unique events in the past including a Halloween party in an art gallery (who knew Arlington Heights had an art gallery?) and a kids scavenger hunt (check out a review from fellow blogger and friend Melissa here.) I am particularly excited about their next event, Passport Series, which focuses on learning about different cultures. They'll be kicking off the event at Francesca's Tavola where kids will be learning all about Italy!  What a fun way to learn about different cultures while supporting the local community! Plus, pizza and gelato will be involved!
